Lychee Rose Tea

The Lychee Rose Tea is a drink of extraordinary delicacy and beauty — a graceful, floral beverage that marries the impossibly fragrant and exotic flavor of fresh lychee with the timeless, romantic perfume of rose to create something that feels as much like a work of art as it does a refreshing drink. The tea base is a premium white peony (Bai Mu Dan) tea, known for its exceptionally subtle flavor and natural sweetness, which serves as a gentle, unobtrusive canvas for the more expressive floral and fruit notes to paint upon. Fresh lychee juice, pressed from ripe fruits, provides the drink’s signature fragrant sweetness — a flavor that is difficult to describe but universally loved for its combination of grape-like juiciness and floral, almost rosy undertones. To this already floral combination, we add our house-made rose syrup, crafted by infusing dried food-grade rose petals in warm sugar water to produce a beautifully pink, intensely aromatic sweetener. The result of combining lychee and rose is a flavor synergy that is remarkably harmonious — each element amplifying the other’s best qualities. Served ice-cold with dried rose petals floating on top and a lychee fruit threaded onto a bamboo skewer as garnish, the Lychee Rose Tea is the most beautiful, fragrant drink on our menu — an experience for all the senses.
